Customer Experience Specialist

Call Centre & Customer Service | Sydney | August 12th, 2026

Location: Blacktown
Salary Package: $70,000-$80,000 + Superannuation

This is more than a traditional customer service role. You'll be a trusted point of contact for customers, business owners and Key Account Managers, managing enquiries, supporting customer retention and providing first-line technical support. With plenty of variety, you'll build your product knowledge, strengthen your relationship management and negotiation skills, and gain valuable exposure across the wider business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service across phone, email and other communication channels.
  • Manage customer enquiries and complaints, providing timely and effective resolutions.
  • Support customer retention through proactive engagement, relationship building and negotiation.
  • Provide first-line technical support across a range of products and services.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, business owners and internal Key Account Managers.
  • Maintain accurate customer records, complete administration and collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless outcomes.

Candidate Profile:
To be successful in this role, you'll be an energetic, personable and adaptable customer service professional who enjoys creating positive customer experiences and working collaboratively.
  • Strong customer experience skills with confidence across customer service, retention and first-line technical support.
  • Excellent communication skills, with a professional, engaging and confident approach.
  • Strong problem-solving, negotiation and conflict resolution skills, with a focus on achieving positive outcomes.
  • Relationship-focused and collaborative, with the ability to build trust with customers, business owners and internal teams.
  • Proactive, organised and solutions-focused, with strong attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
